i am chloe. i live in brooklyn or philly, depending on if i'm in college at the moment. i was in london for a few months and that was pretty insane. i love dogs. i have a massive amount of curly hair. i spend too much time on the internet. i have several bad habits. i am bad at writing descriptions of myself. (here are some photos of me i guess.) there are a billion other things i should be doing right now. i like art and graphic design and am trying to get better at it every day. sometimes when i'm bored i make odd things almost completely unrelated to that last sentence. (here is where those are.) i like sharp cheeses and avocados and mushrooms and seafood and mangoes, when it comes to food. just in case you wanted to cook for me, now you are prepared. i feel like i am destined to forever remain in cities until i pop out a kid one day. i do not plan on popping out a kid for a very long time. "pop out a kid" is a really odd way to talk about childbirth. this has gone off the rails.
I saw him open for Of Montreal last night at Union Transfer and he was great. He performs all his songs with just an electric violin and looping pedals, (and some percussion) and thanks to his 1. amazing violin skills, 2. extremely impressive beatboxing, 3. gorgeous singing tone, and 4. total mastering of looping pedals, the result was fucking AWESOME. Everyone check him out right now, and if the Of Montreal tour is coming near you soon go see it because he’s touring with them and of course the main event was incredible too because Kevin Barnes is a fucking rock star and I love him and all the crazy shit that happens during their shows.
